    Please note recent changes:

    -Section 6(d) updated to state: Owners will be billed for all damage and clean-up caused by sink or toilet back-ups that were caused by negligence, such as disposal of grease, vegetable peels, bones, kitty litter, paper products, sanitary napkins, wipes, etc. Watertree management will give one warning. 

    Home Owners will be charged $250 per occurrence for second occurrence and any ongoing occurrence(s) of causing backups.


    - Attention current landlords invested in Watertree of DeWitt or New landlords looking to invest at Watertree: Condominium units purchased on or after January 1, 2025 will have a $3,000 annual administrative fee applied for each unit that is rented out. This is a yearly administrative fee that will be applied every year and is not a onetime fee. This fee is in addition to the monthly HOA fee.     - Watertree of DeWitt Condominiums does not allow short term rentals under 90 days. We do not allow Watertree units to be listed on Airbnb, VRBO, Pillow or any short term listing websites. The minimum allowable short term rental allowed by the Board of Watertree is 90 days. If you have any questions, please call the office at 315.437.1426.


    - Grace period for monthly bill is ten (10) calendar days.
